Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Digital Solutions apps, IE ("Digital Solutions apps", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and our mobile applications (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Who we are

Digital Solutions apps, IE is an independent software developer that designs, develops, and publishes its own software products, including mobile applications distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. For any privacy-related matter, contact us at support@digitalsapps.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. If you contact us (for example, by email at support@digitalsapps.com), we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. Our applications may automatically collect limited technical data needed to operate, secure, and improve them, such as device model, operating system version, app version, language and region settings, anonymized identifiers, crash logs, and aggregated usage statistics (for example, which features are used and how often).

Purchase information. Purchases and subscriptions, where offered, are processed entirely by Apple or Google. We do not receive or store your payment card details; we may receive anonymized transaction records (such as a purchase confirmation) to provide the purchased functionality.

Individual applications may collect additional data specific to their functionality. Where that is the case, the app's own store listing and in-app disclosures describe such collection, and we ask for permission where required (for example, for camera, photos, or notifications).

3. How we use information

We use the information described above to: provide and maintain the Services; fix bugs and diagnose crashes; understand aggregate usage so we can improve our products; respond to your requests and provide support; comply with legal obligations; and prevent fraud and abuse. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising unless a specific application clearly discloses otherwise.

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the following bases: performance of a contract (providing the app you have chosen to use); our legitimate interests (maintaining, securing, and improving the Services); your consent (where we ask for it, such as optional permissions); and compliance with legal obligations.

5. How we share information

We share information only with: service providers that help us operate the Services (such as cloud hosting, crash reporting, and analytics providers), who may process data only on our instructions; platform operators (Apple and Google), which process data under their own privacy policies when you download or purchase our apps; and authorities, where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect our rights, users, or the public. We may also transfer information as part of a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), subject to this Policy.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy: support correspondence for up to 24 months after resolution, and technical and diagnostic data for the shorter of the provider's standard retention period or 25 months, unless a longer period is required by law. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be kept indefinitely.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. California residents may additionally have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete; we do not sell or share personal information as defined by those laws. To exercise any right, email support@digitalsapps.com. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

9. Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, for such transfers.

11. Third-party services and links

The Services may contain links to, or rely on, third-party services (including Apple and Google platform services). Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Services where practicable. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
